Abramson Labor Group is hiring a full-time Senior Associate Attorney – Workers' Compensation to lead and supervise its Workers' Compensation practice. The role provides strategic direction, handles complex legal matters and settlement negotiations, mentors attorneys, steps in for trials and hearings, conducts client webinars, and supports escalated client matters. It requires a California State Bar membership in good standing and 5–7 years of Workers' Compensation experience, with an applicant-and-defense mix preferred. The position is remote in California, offers no billable-hour or performance-metric requirements, and pays $160,000–$250,000 per year.
