Description
Spear Bio is hiring a Sr. Associate Bioengineer / Bioengineer, Systems Integration to integrate hardware, software, reagents, and consumables into automated immunoassay workflows on its SPEAR S.W.I.F.T. platform. The role combines experiment design, assay and instrument validation, troubleshooting, workflow automation, data analysis, and regulatory design-control documentation, with a trajectory toward systems bioengineering leadership. It is based on-site in Woburn, Massachusetts, five days per week, and requires a relevant master’s or Ph.D. plus 3–5 years of systems integration, test engineering, validation, or applied R&D experience involving immunoassays or life-science platforms.
