SOCOTEC is hiring a Building Envelope Services Manager in Irvine, California, to manage and support building-envelope construction projects across new and existing structures. The role includes project-level review, scope and budget tracking, client and stakeholder communication, technical reporting, code knowledge, proposal and billing support, and mentoring field-services staff. Candidates need 5–10 years of building-envelope project experience, a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering, California registration as a registered architect or professional engineer, and the ability to travel approximately 20% of the time. The position offers a salary of $150,000–$180,000 plus a 10% bonus.
