The Senior Associate - Business Analyst– Agentic AI serves as the primary business analyst for US&I IT and AI enablement projects, gathering and analysing requirements, defining outcomes, prioritising backlogs, and supporting AI solution design and delivery. The role partners with business, Group, engineering, and IT teams; facilitates workshops and stakeholder communication; supports testing, change management, and continuous improvement; and requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of experience, familiarity with AI and Agentic AI, and strong analytical and communication skills.
