Description
BDO is hiring a Senior Associate for its Corporate Restructuring group to support distressed companies and creditors through receiverships, bankruptcies, formal and informal restructuring mandates, business disposals, liquidity management, operational stabilization, and recovery planning. The role involves financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, court and stakeholder reporting, and coordination with management, lenders, creditors, legal counsel, and other advisors. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in a professional accounting services firm, a CPA designation obtained or in progress, strong financial analysis and modelling skills, and the ability to work in a blended office, client-site, and virtual arrangement.
