HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Associate, Claims & Risk Management to support its Workers’ Compensation program and related Property, Subrogation, and Commercial Auto claims. The role manages active claims, dashboards, loss data, return-to-work compliance, subrogation opportunities, escalated investigations, litigation coordination, insurance renewals, reserves, and cross-functional risk initiatives. Candidates need 3–4 years of workers’ compensation claims experience, strong Excel and data skills, familiarity with TPA workflows and loss run analysis, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers a New York pay range of $79,538–$94,999 USD and a Colorado pay range of $74,813–$90,000 USD, along with health plans, parental leave, PTO, and a 401(k) company match.
