Senior Associate – Client Experience (Relationship Management) at Catalyst Fund Administration, LLC

The Senior Associate – Client Experience (Relationship Management) will manage client relationships and services for Catalyst’s Brazil and United States markets, including client contracts and SLAs, onboarding and offboarding, fee collection, accounts receivable, revenue retention, client meetings, compliance, and business development support. The role is based in Brazil, ideally São Paulo but may also be Rio de Janeiro, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft tools, and fluency in English.
