Description
The Senior Associate of SPAR (StepStone Portfolio Analytics & Reporting) Client Service provides portfolio analytics and reporting for private markets investment clients, manages client relationships and deliverables, coordinates with internal teams, and mentors junior staff. The role requires significant Microsoft Office and Power BI experience, financial accounting knowledge, project and stakeholder leadership, strong communication, and adaptability. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business and at least five years of relevant experience are preferred. The position is hybrid and pays $105,000–$120,000.
