The role involves identifying and engaging subject-matter experts, vetting experts for client projects, scheduling meetings, recruiting experts, managing multiple projects, maintaining compliance, and mentoring associates. Candidates should have a postgraduate or graduate degree, 2–4 years of experience in B2B client servicing or business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of consulting and financial markets, and flexibility to work in shifts.
