Webull is hiring a Compliance Senior Associate for its Webull Pay digital asset and cryptocurrency compliance function. The role investigates transaction monitoring, KYT, sanctions, adverse media, trade surveillance, and blockchain tracing alerts; reviews customer and transfer activity for financial crime, market abuse, and regulatory violations; documents findings; escalates cases; and prepares FinCEN SARs. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of financial crime experience, knowledge of digital currency regulation, and familiarity with blockchain tracing tools such as Chainalysis. It is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with a base salary of $90,000–$115,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
