L3Harris is hiring a Senior Associate Component Reliability Engineer in San Diego, California, to support the design and project engineering of new and heritage space and high-reliability products. The role leads reliability analyses, component selections, and compliance with military, aerospace, NASA, and other industry standards, including FMECA, derating, prediction, and RMAT. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or six years of experience in lieu of a degree. The schedule is 9/80, with employees working 9 out of 14 days totaling 80 hours and every other Friday off. The salary range is $103,000–$123,600, and the role may require a security clearance.
