Factor is hiring a Senior Contract Associate in Wroclaw to support clients’ contracts management and in-house legal teams by drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and R&D agreements. The role covers pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, clinical studies, intellectual property, privacy, regulatory, quality, procurement, and other related matters, while managing caseloads, client systems, templates, and junior team members. Candidates need a law degree or legal qualification, eligibility to work in the country, at least four years of commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently and advise clients.
