EveryMatrix is hiring a Corporate Development professional for its Copenhagen office to support the CEO Office and corporate development team. The role manages end-to-end M&A processes, develops financial models and valuations, conducts market and competitor analyses, coordinates due diligence, prepares investment materials, supports post-merger integration, and contributes to strategic initiatives and corporate development frameworks. Candidates should have a master’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, corporate development, or a similar role, strong financial modelling and valuation skills, and experience with AI-powered analysis tools is considered advantageous. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule after the first three months, with up to 50 work-from-home days per year.
