The Senior Associate, Data Analyst will lead healthcare analytics engagements by transforming complex claims, clinical, utilization, provider, population health, and outcomes data into actionable insights. The role involves designing and implementing analytics solutions, building dashboards and reports, analyzing trends and cost drivers, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams, supporting AI/ML initiatives, ensuring healthcare data governance and privacy compliance, and training clients on analytics best practices. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience and strong skills in SQL, data analysis, Python, R or SAS, and Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
