LinkedIn is hiring a Senior Associate Decision Science professional to lead end-to-end AI and machine learning initiatives, including problem definition, model design, experimentation, production deployment, and business adoption. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders to build scalable AI solutions, improve forecasting and operational efficiency, and develop intelligent systems for sales teams. It also involves mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical direction across projects. The position requires a master's or PhD in a relevant quantitative discipline, at least seven years of industry experience applying machine learning and statistical techniques, Python programming, and experience with production ML pipelines and large-scale data systems.
