SC Johnson is hiring a Lead Cluster Market Demand Planner to develop demand forecasts using sales, distribution, shipment, competitive, and marketing data. The role maintains demand planning systems and APO data, analyzes forecast inputs and errors, collaborates with commercial and supply-chain partners, and communicates forecast assumptions, confidence, risks, and opportunities. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–4 years of supply chain or business experience, familiarity with demand planning systems such as SAP APO DP, and experience in cross-functional environments. The position is permanent and full-time, with no relocation eligibility.
