Unispace is hiring a Senior Associate, Design – Life Sciences to lead laboratory, research, and other technically complex design packages from concept through construction documentation and delivery. The role involves client engagement, lab planning, technical coordination, regulatory compliance, multidisciplinary collaboration, construction administration, QA/QC, design presentations, and mentoring junior designers. Candidates should have 5–8+ years of experience in Life Sciences or highly technical design environments, strong Revit and CAD skills, and experience delivering projects through construction.
