WSP is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Electrical Engineer (EHV) to provide technical leadership on major Australian transmission and substation projects. The role leads EHV/HV primary design packages from concept through detailed design and construction support, reviews technical studies and calculations, develops substation layouts and equipment specifications, supports design reviews and project delivery, and collaborates with clients, utilities, contractors, and stakeholders. Candidates need an electrical engineering or related degree, significant HV/EHV substation project experience, expertise in 330kV to 500kV transmission infrastructure, hands-on technical study and calculation experience, and strong communication and mentoring skills.
