Fisica Inc. is hiring a Senior Associate, Electrical Engineering for its Datron business unit in Simi Valley, California. The role is 100% onsite and follows a 9/80 schedule, supporting aerospace and defense product development and testing for ground-based stations, battery management systems, and related test equipment. Responsibilities include circuit and PCB design, component selection, cable harness design, power and signal integrity analysis, BOM management, manufacturing support, and regulatory compliance. The position requires an electrical engineering or related degree with 2+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree; security clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship are required. The salary range is $79,000–$146,500, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
