Description
The role is responsible for overall plant operations across semiconductor fabrication facilities, coordinating FMS staff, managing manpower and logistics, escalating and investigating incidents, supporting emergency response, and ensuring safe environmental, health, safety, and security practices. It requires a mechanical, electrical and controls, or chemical engineering diploma or degree, at least three years of M&E or UPW system experience, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
