SOCOTEC is hiring a full-time Building Envelope Project Manager to oversee exterior wall construction projects from planning through completion. The role manages project deliverables, budgets, schedules, technical needs, client and stakeholder communications, documentation, inspections, billing, and resource availability, while mentoring inspection staff and supporting proposals, new business, and industry outreach. Candidates need 5–10 years of building-envelope project experience, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, required Register Architect or Professional Engineer status, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.
