Airwallex is hiring a Senior Associate, FCC Monitoring & Testing, ANZ, based in Australia, to lead and scale the global financial crime compliance monitoring and testing program. The role independently validates AML, sanctions, and KYC/KYB controls across production environments, establishes KPIs and operating effectiveness metrics, advances continuous data-enabled assurance, validates system-encoded controls, and translates testing findings into executive reporting and remediation. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, CAMS or ICA governance credential, at least five years of experience in financial crime quality assurance, compliance monitoring, internal audit, or a related second- or third-line control function, and strong knowledge of financial crime controls and risk-based testing.
