Gemini is hiring a Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to develop driver-based financial models, forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and variance reports; partner with Product, Corporate Development, Strategy, Accounting, and Treasury; support ROI and pricing analysis; and prepare KPI presentations, earnings materials, and investor communications. The role requires an undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field, at least four years of relevant experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and strong communication abilities. Compensation includes a base salary of $92,400–$132,000 in New York, a discretionary annual bonus, equity, health plans, a 401K with company matching, paid parental leave, and flexible time off, with a hybrid work approach at hub offices and remote work for employees near a hub.
