Dimensional’s Global Client Group is hiring a Senior Associate to support Regional Directors in developing new business opportunities and serving Australia-based clients. The role involves explaining investment principles and portfolio solutions, developing complex portfolio analyses, educating advisor clients, delivering webinars, and mentoring associates and analysts. It requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in financial services or investment; an MBA or CFA is preferred. The position follows a hybrid model with two remote days per week and offers subsidized health insurance and other employee benefits.
