The role involves high-level commercial dispute resolution in court and arbitration proceedings, often in international contexts, including strategic litigation, legal analysis, procedural work, negotiations, client relationship management, and mentoring junior colleagues. Candidates should be experienced in commercial dispute resolution, have strong analytical skills, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English; several years of dispute resolution experience, Court of Appeal Assessor qualification, or senior in-house counsel experience are advantageous.
