Gemini is hiring a Senior Associate, Institutional Sales to manage an independent pipeline of prospective institutional clients, originate and grow business, execute relationship management, and partner with Trading and Product to improve execution, liquidity, and client experience. The role requires 4–5+ years of experience in crypto, institutional sales, OTC, trading, or execution, along with a demonstrated record of driving trading volume and revenue. Compensation includes a $85,000 base salary in New York, commission-based bonuses, equity, health plans, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and flexible time off, with a hybrid work approach at hub offices and remote work for employees near hubs.
