The role supports the establishment, maintenance, governance, and lifecycle management of issuers and structured securities issuance programmes. Responsibilities include coordinating programme documentation and legal frameworks, managing relationships with external advisers and rating agencies, coordinating regulatory approvals, monitoring operational readiness, and contributing to new issuance capabilities across jurisdictions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, approximately five years of capital markets or securities issuance experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
