Description
MUFG Investor Services is hiring an Application Support Analyst to support banking applications including Flexcube, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, MUFG Global Payment System, MUFG FX, and related integrated banking products. The role provides Level 2 incident and problem management support, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, documents procedures, supports project initiatives, participates in testing and platform releases, and responds to regulatory and audit requests. Candidates should have at least five years of experience supporting business banking applications, knowledge of banking systems and ITIL, and familiarity with SQL Server, PL/SQL, Java, and .Net; a diploma or degree in an appropriate IT discipline is preferred, along with an AWS Cloud Practitioner certificate.
