The successful candidate will manage high-stakes labor litigation cases primarily in Spain, acting as a frontline labor lawyer responsible for strategic legal direction, interacting with labor authorities, and advising internal stakeholders on complex employment issues. The role involves autonomous management of external labor law firms, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. A hybrid work model is available depending on the base city.
