The role combines technical legal work on high-value complex injury claims, primarily road traffic accident cases, with leadership of a growing team, client relationship development, advocacy, training, court work, and compliance. Candidates must be qualified solicitors with strong defendant road traffic accident experience, a record handling high-value claims, and confidence in advocacy; leadership, communication, analytical, commercial, and organisational skills are also required.
