The Lead Associate, Technology Infrastructure role is a hands-on Systems / Platform Engineer position focused on building, automating, and maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities include administering Linux and Windows environments, developing Ansible automation, managing OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms, supporting virtualization and networking, monitoring system health, applying security and hardening practices, and participating in on-call incident management and root-cause analysis.
