The role focuses on optimizing shop-floor throughput and production efficiency, ensuring manufacturing readiness, resolving operational escalations, coordinating interdepartmental handoffs, and managing work-area deconfliction. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of project management experience, or an equivalent graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or six years of experience without a degree. The schedule is 10-hour days four days per week on the first shift, with 10% travel to the Camden site and the ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
