Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate - Marketing Investment Analytics to join their Commercial Data & Analytics (CD&A) team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and operationalization of Amgen's marketing data clean room capabilities, driving data integration, audience analytics, and measurement frameworks to optimize marketing effectiveness. This role involves close collaboration with various internal and external partners, leveraging strategic thinking and technical expertise to deliver privacy-centric insights.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of relevant experience in web analytics, data analytics measurement, or a similar technical role.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent organizational planning skills and talent for managing multiple large and complex projects.
Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders, business partners, and IT resources to drive analytic projects end-to-end.
Proven track record of interpreting and communicating analytical insights to non-technical and technical partners and stakeholders.
Technical proficiency with strong logical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in advanced analytics.
Expertise in using analytic tools like Excel, R, Python, and Tableau.
Experience in designing and measuring marketing experiments.
Expertise in event-level data (ads exposure, demographic data, claims, web visits)
Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing tools (Databricks, PySpark).
