The role tracks and reports material status, manages lead times and priorities with demand planning and supply chain, expedites parts, stages hardware for lab installations, coordinates with project and engineering teams, monitors delivery timelines, and submits purchase requisitions. Candidates should have a high school diploma or associate degree, experience in supply chain, materials management, or a lab or manufacturing environment, and proficiency in Excel; SAP, purchasing processes, bill of materials, engineering drawings, and strong organizational and communication skills are preferred or advantageous.
