L3Harris is hiring a Sr. Associate, Material Process Engineer in Greenville, Texas, for an on-site 1st Shift 9/80 schedule. The role supports the design and production of electrical processes for modifying military and FAA-certified aircraft, including reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with engineering, production, quality, customer, program, and supplier teams, maintaining technical process documentation, and preparing technical process specifications and engineering reports. The position requires knowledge of aircraft electrical materials and processes, wiring and cable terminations, aerospace standards, and familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter PLM and SAP. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with zero to two years of experience, or six years of experience in lieu of a degree; an active Secret DoD clearance and aircraft mechanical/electrical/materials engineering experience are preferred.
