RSM is hiring a Senior Associate – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform to join its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform development team. The role focuses on advanced individual-contributor work delivering client-facing application development, solution design, peer code review, and technical leadership with a strong front-end and AI-assisted development emphasis. The position requires 6+ years of software development experience, strong .NET/C#, web front-end skills, and experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse, Git, and modern development tools; preferred experience includes React/Angular/Vue, Azure DevOps, Azure serverless, Power Pages, integrations, and Power Platform/Azure/AI certifications.
