AustralianSuper is hiring a Senior Associate, Middle Office Operations to provide pre- and post-trade operational support across equity, fixed income, FX, ETD, and OTC derivatives. The role serves as a subject matter expert, oversees trade booking, settlements, valuations, reconciliations, and lifecycle management, leads complex operational and vendor issues, supports new products and regulatory initiatives, and mentors team members. It is a permanent position in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, requiring buy-side or pension-fund middle-office experience, trade-confirmation platform proficiency, strong stakeholder management, and tertiary qualifications in Business or Accounting.
