Description
The Senior Associate - Multi Modal Solutions - Global Service Centre supports DP World’s Trailers & Intermodal business through back-office and transactional operations across the order-to-billing lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating and validating load and order records, processing documentation, maintaining equipment and chassis records, handling detention and demurrage charges, supporting invoicing and carrier settlement, managing data exceptions, and preparing operational reports. The role is based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, reports to an Assistant Manager or Manager – Operations, and requires 2–4 years of transportation or logistics back-office experience, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with TMS, billing or ERP systems, EDI, and Microsoft Excel.
