Description
The Senior Associate - Multi Modal Solutions - Global Service Centre supports DP World’s Trailers & Intermodal business through back-office and transactional operations across the order-to-billing lifecycle. The role manages load and order data, documentation, equipment records, detention and demurrage charges, invoicing, billing exceptions, carrier settlement, exception queues, reporting, and compliance, coordinating with Control Tower, Billing, Finance and other internal teams. It is based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, requires 2–4 years of transportation or logistics back-office experience, a bachelor’s degree, and flexible rotational-shift availability.
