EstarCore is hiring a full-time (Senior) Associate Operating Costs Manager in Wiesbaden to prepare and review operating-cost and heating-cost statements for residential and commercial properties, analyze cost developments, handle tenant and owner objections, coordinate with utility providers, and support budgeting, forecasting, and billing-process improvements. The role requires real estate-sector training, operating-costs or utilities-billing experience, knowledge of tenancy law and the Operating Costs Ordinance, strong Excel skills, and analytical ability. The position offers flexible working hours and mobile work.
