Freeths LLP is recruiting a qualified Senior Associate Planning Solicitor for its Planning and Environment Group, based in the London or Bristol office. The role involves advising on Section 106, highways and other statutory agreements, planning and associated law, due diligence for property and corporate transactions, and contentious planning matters including inquiries, hearings, court challenges and judicial reviews. Experience with large regeneration schemes is desirable, and the team offers a supportive, flexible and collaborative working environment.
