Description
The Senior Associate will join StepStone’s SPAR team and deliver private debt and multi-asset portfolio analytics, reporting, and data management services. The role owns reporting cycles, analyzes portfolio performance and cash flows, resolves data discrepancies, improves data quality and reporting processes, supports automation and visualization initiatives, and provides technical guidance to Analysts and Associates. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant experience, strong private markets and financial reporting knowledge, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work with large financial datasets.
