L3Harris is hiring a Senior Associate, Program Management in Salt Lake City, Utah, to support program execution and proposal efforts within its Global Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance business area. The role coordinates trade compliance and export licensing, tracks cost, schedule, and technical performance, supports program closeout, and communicates program status and risks to leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or six years of experience without a degree, plus the ability to travel up to 25% internationally.
