Description

L3Harris is hiring a Senior Associate, Program Manager to lead DoD unmanned air systems and weapon-system development or production contracts in Ashburn, Virginia. The role manages cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, quality, procurement, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing execution; leads a matrix team; develops proposals and estimates; and serves as the customer point of contact. The position follows a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a U.S. Government Secret Clearance, and at least two years of related experience.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification or equivalent.
