The role oversees proposals, budgets, contracts, staffing, customer needs, and subcontractor work, with occasional travel within the Central and Latin America regions. Candidates need program management experience, order fulfillment and quoting experience, trade compliance knowledge, budget and schedule management experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; the New York salary range is $70,500–$130,500.
