L3Harris is hiring a Program Scheduler in Waco, Texas, on an on-site 9/80 regular schedule with off-every-other-Friday 1st-shift work. The role manages complex projects and processes, integrates schedules across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality functions, analyzes schedules and risks, resolves critical-path and network-logic conflicts, uses Gantt, PERT, milestone, earned-value, and other project-management techniques, and may lead scheduling status reviews. The position requires proficiency in the job area, MS Project or similar scheduling tools, a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with at least two years of related experience, or eight years of related experience in lieu of a degree, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
