L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Senior Associate, Quality Engineer in Camden, Arkansas, working a 10-hour, four-day schedule. The role designs and implements inspection, testing, and evaluation procedures; analyzes nonconformities; leads PFMEA and corrective and preventive actions; conducts audits; performs first-article inspections under AS9102; supports hardware acceptance and material review activities; and develops quality documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related quality engineering experience, or an equivalent graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or six years of experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred qualifications include MS Office, PowerBI, rocket component fabrication, avionics, hardware acceptance review, ASQ certification, and LEAN inspection methods. A US security clearance is required.
