Description
The Senior Associate - Front End Engineering is a hands-on front-end engineering role responsible for building high-quality user-facing software solutions across the Consulting & Technology estate. The role contributes to React and TypeScript applications, component architecture, state management, automated testing, accessibility, performance, API integration, CI/CD, secure coding, and cross-functional delivery in Agile squads. It requires 4–5 years of software engineering experience, 3–4 years of AI/ML experience or equivalent capability, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, testing, and modern front-end development practices.
