Description
The Senior Associate will report to the Director of Institutional Giving and support the Milken Institute’s programmatic activities across Health, Finance, and Strategic Philanthropy. The role focuses on collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and synthesizing programmatic data; supporting grant deliverables; developing evaluation and measurement frameworks; communicating program impact; and improving workflows across internal teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of relevant donor-program evaluation experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Airtable, and Python. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the Santa Monica office and two days remote, plus occasional travel.
