Clifford Chance is hiring a Dutch-qualified lawyer for its Amsterdam Restructuring & Insolvency team. The role focuses on advising financial institutions, companies, sponsors and investors on complex cross-border restructurings, including amend-and-extend transactions, rescue and new-money financings, liability management, security packages, enforcement scenarios, WHOA plans and insolvency proceedings. The lawyer will work with colleagues across the firm’s global offices and practices, develop client relationships, and build a profile in the Dutch restructuring market. Applicants need at least six years of experience as a Dutch-qualified lawyer, preferably in private practice, with strong finance transaction experience, academic background, drafting skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
